These Terms and Conditions govern the use of:
the FlickHunt mobile application
the FlickHunt website
together called the Services.
By installing, accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Description of the Services
FlickHunt is a movie community and discovery service. Main features include:
discovering movies and TV shows using external databases such as The Movie Database (TMDB)
creating and managing collections, watchlists and recommendations
using social features such as rooms, group picks and shared lists
interacting with other users through reactions, comments and similar features
accessing premium features if you purchase a subscription
FlickHunt is not a streaming service.
It is not possible to watch full movies or episodes inside FlickHunt. The Services provide information, metadata and links about content, including content rated 18+, but do not provide the content itself.
Movie and TV information shown in the Services (titles, descriptions, posters, ratings and similar metadata) is provided mainly by third-party sources such as TMDB. FlickHunt does not own any rights to the movies or TV shows listed and acts only as an intermediary that helps users discover content.
The Creators may modify, improve, add or remove features at any time.
Eligibility and age
The Services are intended for users aged 13 and older.
By using the Services, you confirm that:
you are at least 13 years old, and
you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, or you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the use of the Services by minors in their care.
The Services may display information, posters, descriptions or trailers for movies and TV shows rated 18+. Use is at your own discretion and must respect the age ratings and laws in your country.
Accounts and security
To use some parts of the Services you may need to create an account.
You agree to:
provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
keep your login credentials confidential
be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
notify The Creators promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization
The Creators may suspend, restrict or close accounts that:
violate these Terms
are involved in fraud, abuse or suspicious activity
are inactive for a long period, if reasonable
You may close your account at any time through the app or by contacting flickhunt@hey-creators.com.
Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm FlickHunt, other users or third parties.
You agree not to:
use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
harass, threaten, abuse or harm other users
share content that is illegal, hateful, violent, defamatory, pornographic, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate
impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, accounts, servers or networks
reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract source code, except where allowed by law
use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Services, unless explicitly allowed
interfere with the normal operation of the Services, including attacks, overloading or distributing malware
circumvent any access or usage limits set by The Creators or by third-party providers such as TMDB
The Creators may monitor usage to protect the Services and users and may take action if misuse is detected.
User content
User content includes:
profile information, images and avatars
collections, watchlists and similar data
comments, ratings, reviews and reactions
chat messages and content shared in rooms and social features
You remain the owner of the content you create and upload. By posting or submitting content through the Services, you grant The Creators a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display and distribute that content as needed to operate, promote and improve the Services.
You confirm that:
you have the necessary rights to the content you share
your content does not violate the rights of others, including copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights
your content does not violate any law or these Terms
The Creators may, but is not obliged to, review, remove or restrict user content that appears to:
violate these Terms
be illegal or harmful
be reported by other users
Responsibility for user content remains with the person who created or posted it.
Intellectual property and third-party content
7.1 FlickHunt and The Creators content
All rights in and to the Services and their content, including:
design, layout and interface
logos, names and branding
software and code
text, graphics and other assets created by The Creators
are owned by The Creators or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, in line with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or create derivative works from the Services without permission.
7.2 TMDB and other content providers
FlickHunt uses external content providers, including The Movie Database (TMDB), for movie and TV data, posters and other metadata.
Film and TV data shown in FlickHunt (titles, descriptions, posters, ratings and similar metadata) is provided mainly by TMDB and other third parties.
This data remains the property of those providers and/or their licensors.
FlickHunt does not own the rights to the movies or TV shows listed and acts only as an intermediary that displays this information to users.
You may not scrape, copy or reuse this data outside of the Services in ways that violate those providers’ terms.

7.3 Third-party trademarks
All third-party names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Use within the Services is for identification and descriptive purposes only.
Subscriptions, purchases and billing
Certain features of the Services are available only through paid subscriptions or other paid offerings.
8.1 Where purchases are processed
Purchases are processed by:
Apple App Store
Google Play Store
RevenueCat (for subscription management)
Billing, renewals and refunds are handled primarily according to the terms and policies of Apple, Google and RevenueCat.
8.2 Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription:
charges are usually made to your Apple or Google account
subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period, unless you cancel in the store settings
prices, billing periods and features included in each plan are shown in the app at the time of purchase
You can manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. The Creators cannot change or cancel subscriptions on your behalf in these stores.
8.3 Refunds
Refunds, where possible, are generally governed by Apple and Google policies. In many cases, refund requests must be made directly through the relevant app store.
The Creators may not be able to grant refunds directly, but support can guide you on how to request a refund through the relevant store.
Advertising
The Services may show advertising, including third-party ads and personalized ads.
Advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies to:
display ads
measure ad performance
personalize ads based on your activity and interests, where allowed by law and by your settings
Options to control advertising and tracking include:
device settings such as “Limit Ad Tracking” or “Ask App Not To Track”
ad preferences in your operating system or browser
any consent or privacy settings presented in the app or on the website
Even if you opt out of personalized advertising, you may still see ads, but they may be less relevant.
Third-party services and links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services, or provide integrations with them.
Examples include:
links to external streaming platforms
authentication via Apple or Google
analytics and advertising services
The Creators does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, their content or their privacy practices. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and is governed by their own terms and policies.
Changes, availability and updates
The Creators may:
modify, update or remove features at any time
suspend, restrict or stop providing part or all of the Services
apply updates, bug fixes and other technical changes
The Creators aims to keep the Services available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Planned maintenance or unplanned outages may occur.
Information about movies and TV shows is provided by third-party sources and may not always be complete, up to date or accurate.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and may delete your account in the app or by contacting support.
The Creators may suspend or terminate your access to the Services or close your account, for example if:
you seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms
your account is involved in fraud, abuse or other harmful behavior
the Services are discontinued, or certain regions are no longer supported
Upon termination:
your right to use the Services ends
some data may be kept for a period as described in the Privacy Policy, for legal or security reasons
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have already arisen.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
Without limiting what is allowed by law, The Creators does not give any guarantees that:
the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free
specific results will be achieved by using the Services
any information obtained through the Services will be complete, accurate or reliable
Use of the Services, and any decisions made based on the information shown, are at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, The Creators, its directors, employees and partners are not liable for:
any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill
damages resulting from:
use or inability to use the Services
unauthorised access or alteration of your data
statements or actions of any third party through the Services
reliance on information obtained through the Services
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid for the Services during the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or the minimum amount required by law, if higher).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Creators and its directors, employees and partners from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from:
your use of the Services
your violation of these Terms
your violation of any rights of another person or entity
content you submit, post or share through the Services
This obligation applies as far as permitted by applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
The Creators may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top will be changed. Where appropriate, notice may be provided in the app, on the website or by email.
If you continue to use the Services after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Services and, if applicable, delete your account.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Warsaw, Poland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise (for example, for consumer protection).
